CTC-1032 sends alarm reports over PSTN and its digital reporting system supports Contact ID, Tunstall TTNew, and Franklin 4+2 protocols. The panel provides two-way voice communication and can store four phone numbers to be dialed to monitoring centers or other recipients. Ten sensors can be added to the system.

CTC-1039 supports digital and voice reporting and sends alarm calls over PSTN. The panel can store four phone numbers for reporting and uses Contact ID, Tunstall TTNew, and Franklin 4+2 protocols to communicate with monitoring centers. A voice message up to 20 seconds can be recorded. CTC-1039 provides two-way voice communication.
