warranty policy
Ace Asia provide 1 year standard warranty to most of our products (If stated otherwise). The warranty starts from the shipment date. During the warranty period, if product defectiveness was found to be production fault, we will help getting the product repaired or replaced (DOA).

If the product defectiveness was caused by production fault, the repair is free of charge during the warranty period. If not caused by production fault, once we diagnose the product condition, we will quote the repair charges for customer to decide whether to repair it or not.

For normal RMA unit, the freight charges are one time by customer (When send back the RMA shipment) and one time by ACE (When return the repaired unit or replacement). If DOA to be found within 30 days, we will provide new replacement and take care of the freight charges for both both rounds.
rma TIPS
Diagnose
Please advise the product name, model number, serial number and describe the product RMA issue by e-mail first. We will try get back to you within 24 working hours.
Serial Number
Our product serial number are usually labelled on bottom side of the product. Please do not remove the serial number label for you need it for RMA registration.
RMA Number
Once the product defectiveness has be diagnose by our engineer, we will issue an RMA number for you to send back and tracking RMA unit.
Shipping
Please label the RMA number outside of the cartonbox and advise the product shipping info (tracking number) for tracking the shipment.
RMA REPAIR TIME
IWe will send e-mail notifying you of the product repair status. The RMA unit repair time needed will be determined by factory's material and labor condition. Usually it takes 2-4 weeks till the product may be repaired.
