SmartClient-BSW is a flat panel PC powered by Intel® Celeron® N3160 processor, with the following features.

 

Sensitive 10-point PCAP Touchscreen

​

The touch-sensitive 10-point PCAP screen can perceive versatile gestures from two hands with a high level of precision. It opens up any possible interaction with the system. Operators needn’t apply comparatively high pressure on the screen any more. Even a slight glide can also be detected.

Anti-spray

​

The SmartClient-BSW has an IP65-rated front design by embedding the glass display into a slim aluminum frame. In addition, a waterproof gasket surrounds the back side of the device to provide a waterproof seal between the device and the mounting surface. Thus, it can fully protect sensitive components inside the enclosure against water spray intrusion.

Anti-dust

​

The IP65-rated design can keep dust from entering the enclosure as well. Combining the passive cooling, the SmartClient-BSW provides double protection mechanism to prevent dust or dirt accumulation to slow down fans or interfere with heat dissipation from sensitive components because overheating may reduce the efficiency and even cause permanent damage.

Noiseless

​

In some applications noiseless operation is an importation criterion to create a quiet atmosphere. Thanks to power-efficient Intel® Celeron® N3160 processor with ultra-low power consumption of only 6 W TDP, the SmartClient-BSW can deliver good performance under fanless architecture.

Anti-scratch

​

The SmartClient-BSW has a toughened glass surface with a hardness of 6H. It can greatly reduce scratches and abrasion on the screen caused by sharp or rough stuff, such as screwdrivers, which are especially inevitable on the factory floor.

 

Contamination-resistant

​

With the fully flat surface, there is no gap between the screen and the frame of the SmartClient-BSW. That effectively reduces or eradicates the accumulation of visible or non-visible contamination on the surface and makes cleaning easier. That makes it perfect for hygiene-critical applications such as foodstuff, beverage, and pharmaceuticals industries.
